Made to order means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused. This keeps every piece fresh, reduces waste, and means you are always getting a newly produced item.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then domestic shipping (US) adds 4 to 8 business days on top of that. Most US orders arrive within 6 to 13 business days from the order date. International timelines vary by destination.

Because production starts shortly after you order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once your item enters the print queue. Contact us at hello@inkandpxl.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change and we will do our best.

No minimums on any product. You can order a single item and we will make it for you.

inkandpxl designs are produced and shipped by a trusted third-party production partner. This model lets us keep pricing fair, offer global shipping, and avoid holding excess inventory.

Orders ship from the US. Shipping is available to select countries worldwide. Domestic US shipping starts at $4.29.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit the Track Your Order page anytime to check your shipment status.

Tracking scans can lag 1 to 2 days behind the actual shipment, especially on international orders. If your package has not updated in more than 5 business days, email us at hello@inkandpxl.com and we will follow up with the production partner.

We carry multiple blanks to suit different fits and feels. Options include the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton (classic straight fit), the Comfort Colors 1717 (garment-dyed for a soft, lived-in feel), and lightweight ring-spun cotton tees for warmer weather. The blank used is listed on each product page.

Fit varies by blank. The Gildan 5000 runs true to size. The Comfort Colors 1717 tends to run slightly larger due to the garment-dye process and is often sized down by one. Check the T-Shirt Size Chart for exact measurements in inches and centimeters before ordering.

T-shirts are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. DTG bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers, producing detailed, full-color prints without the stiffness of screen printing or heat transfer vinyl.

Turn the shirt inside out before washing. Use cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry flat. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

Screens display colors in RGB while printing uses a different color space, so slight differences are normal. Colors may also appear slightly different on dark vs. light fabrics. Product photos on the site reflect realistic print results.

Mugs come in 11oz and 15oz. The 11oz is the standard everyday size. The 15oz is a better pick if you prefer a larger coffee or tea in the morning.

Yes. All ceramic mugs are BPA-free, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the sublimation print over time.

Mugs are printed using dye sublimation, which fuses the design into the ceramic coating at high heat. The result is a print that resists peeling, cracking, and fading under normal use.

Stickers are 100% vinyl, kiss-cut with a strong adhesive. They are built to hold through humidity, regular handling, and everyday surface contact.

Yes. The vinyl material and laminate coating make them water-resistant and suitable for outdoor surfaces, water bottles, and laptop lids.

Kiss-cut means the design is cut through the vinyl top layer only, leaving the backing sheet intact. This makes the sticker easy to peel, apply cleanly, and simple to give as a gift.

Each downloadable design includes PNG, SVG, and PDF formats. This gives you flexibility for DTG printing, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, screen printing, and digital use across different platforms and cutting machines.

Yes. The SVG files are compatible with Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio. The vector paths are clean and ready to cut without additional preparation.

After checkout, you will receive an email with a download link. Files are also accessible from your order confirmation page immediately after payment is confirmed.

Download links may expire after a set period. If you have trouble accessing your files, email us at hello@inkandpxl.com with your order number and we will send a new link.

The default license covers personal use only. If you want to use a design commercially, for example on products sold through your own print-on-demand store or Etsy shop, a separate commercial license is required. Contact us at hello@inkandpxl.com to purchase one.

Yes. All designs are created in-house and are exclusive to our store.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges are not available since each item is printed on demand. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Email hello@inkandpxl.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will sort out a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Yes. During checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. You can add a gift message in the order notes field at checkout.

Packing slips do not include prices, so the package is gift-ready straight out of the box.
